Hugo Pittari: it really matters on the guy. if he's the type of guy who has standards, and doesn't like to be seen in public with "ugly" or weird people, then yes, he probably wants you to wear makeup but if it's the sweet, cute guy who thinks you're beautiful no matter what, then they really don't care. just a tip, I would go for the one who prefers no makeup because you shouldn't have to impress him, he should just love you for who you are. :)
