Gaynell Pizzaro: There is the old religion, known by true witches as witchcraft. Then there are the new age folks who follow Wicca as a religion, and also dabble in magick. Honestly, I cannot answer your question without knowing whether you are interested in learning the Old Religion or Wicca. Wicca is centered ! on one specific pantheon, the Craft is not. Wicca is usually associated with Celtic beliefs and Celtic deities. The Craft is not commercialized, while Wicca is. If you go to a bookstore, the 'Craft' books you see are Wicca centered. The only way to learn Witchcraft as it is, is through apprenticeship. If you want to learn Wicca go pick a book. As for being Christian and doing magick-most Christians frown on it as a sin.
